“Third Session of the UNIDROIT Working Group on the Model Law on Factoring - Guide to Enactment” Beijng, China 9-11 April 2025
The founder and managing partner of Güngör Law Firm, Ms. Deniz Güngör, is joined third session of the Working Group meeting responsible for the preparation of the Guide to Enactment for the UNIDROIT Model Law on Factoring. The third session was hosted in Beijing, the People’s Republic of China by Beijing Arbitration Commission Between 9 and 11 April, 2025.
At the third session, the Working Group reviewed the entirety of the content of the draft Guide, making changes to its structure, content and drafting, Ms. Güngör has attended the meetings as an outside observer and conveyed her comments on the Guide to Enactment and on the UNIDROIT Model Law on Factoring to the Working Group.
