Mr. Güvenç Küllü is an associate lawyer at Gungor Law Firm. He provides corporate counseling advice focusing on Banking, Finance, Capital Market and Contracts Law. He takes part in Compliance Projects in KYC/AML processes with industry-leading national and international companies operating in a wide variety of sectors.
He especially works in the fields of Protection of Personal Data, intellectual property, commercial papers, share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, mergers and acquisitions, commercial law and corporate law

- He is graduated from İstanbul University Faculty of Law with a high-honour degree (3,61) in 2021.
