Ms. Neşe Güngör, has 15 years of experience focusing on mergers and aquisition projects, collective negotiations, organizational restructuring, recruitment, benefits. The majority of her work involves trainings, performance management, productivity, work permits and intra company transfers of the national and multinational companies.
She takes part in Personal Data Protection Projects, designing Human Resources departman spesific processes as well as employee affairs matters.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Labour Economics and Industrial Relations and holds masters degree in Human Resources management. She has peer-reviewed articles published in the international journals.
